IMPORTANT NOTE:

Dead Lake Armory typically only ships to the free U.S. States. This excludes: California, Connecticut, Colorado, Delaware, D.C., Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Virginia and Washington.

Please contact your local dealer before ordering anything if you live in any of the states listed above.

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, regulations, and legal requirements for purchasing firearms, ammunition, and accessories through our website. By accessing this website and completing a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Age and Eligibility Requirements

By attempting to purchase a firearm or ammunition from DeadLakeArmory.com, you certify that you meet the following legal requirements:

  • Age: You are at least 18 years of age to purchase rifles, shotguns, or rifle/shotgun ammunition. You are at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, lower receivers, or handgun ammunition.
  • Legal Status: You are a legal resident of the United States.
  • Background: You are legally authorized to purchase and possess a firearm. You have not been convicted of a felony, are not under indictment, have not been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, and are not subject to a restraining order.
  • Intent: You are the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm (no “straw purchases”).

2. SHIPPING Policy

In accordance with federal law, we do not ship firearms directly to your home.

  • All firearm orders must be shipped to a valid, holding Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
  • It is your responsibility to select an FFL dealer and ensure they are willing to accept the transfer on your behalf. You can do this on our checkout page, but you MUST contact them and make arrangements before proceeding with checkout. If not already on file, you must instruct your chosen FFL to send a valid, signed copy of their license to Chris@DeadLakeArmory.com referencing your name and order number. We can not ship any firearm or regulated items until we have their FFL signed copy on file.
  • You are responsible for any transfer fees charged by your receiving FFL dealer. These fees are not included in your purchase price from DeadLakeArmory.com.
  • Firearms are shipped with adult signature required upon delivery to the FFL.
  • Handguns must be shipped via expedited air services per carrier regulations, while long guns may be shipped via ground.
  • Ammunition must be shipped via ground transportation and cannot be shipped in the same package as a firearm.
  • FREE SHIPPING:
  • Where offered, free shipping only applies to firearms shipped to the lower 48 United States.

3. Background Checks and Failed Transfers

Upon arrival at your chosen FFL, you will be required to complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) check.

  • Failed Background Checks: If you are denied the transfer of a firearm due to a failed background check, the firearm must be returned to us. See our Return Policy for more information.
  • Abandoned Transfers: Firearms left at the receiving FFL for more than 7 calendar days without an attempted transfer will be considered abandoned. Receiving FFL will be instructed to return the item to us, and you will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.

4. State and Local Compliance

Laws regarding firearms, high-capacity magazines, and certain accessories vary significantly by state, county, and city.

  • Your Responsibility: It is solely your responsibility to know and comprehend the laws in your jurisdiction prior to purchasing.
  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order that we determine violates local, state, or federal laws. Cancelled orders of restricted items may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Please see our Return Policy. Missing items from your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery date.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

By purchasing from DeadLakeArmory.com, you agree that we are not liable for any bodily injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use, misuse, or accidental discharge of a firearm, ammunition, or accessory purchased from us.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dead Lake Armory LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising from your purchase, possession, or use of any items obtained from our store.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
